Dr Gallego received her DMD degree at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine, in Ft. She graduated with highest honors and received the Student Achievement Award in Endodontics. She was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society for graduating in the top ten of her class. Gallego stayed at Nova Southeastern University to pursue her Advanced Specialty Training in Endodontics.
